IKON Partners (IP) initially provides education, guidance and consultation free of charge. IP feels it is critical to establish a trusting relationship prior to engaging in any fee-based services.

IP also pledges that prior to providing any fee-based services, IP will reach agreement with client regarding fees to avoid surprises.

How IKON gets paid depends on a number of factors, primarily the types of services that are selected. The possible fee structures include:

• Hourly rate

• Retainer

• One time flat fee payment

• No fee from client, but negotiated payment via service provider
